I know Peridot, Kunzite, Coral, Iolite, Emerald, and Jasper. What kinds of things do you want to know?

Not nearly as well as Briar, here.

Kunzite's domestic on the outside but they don't flinch at anything; Iolite's made up of people who could make killing us all look easy and boring, but are too noble to actually do it; Emerald are drunks and sweethearts; and Jasper's fractured but at least twice as capable as they look.

Unfortunately, that's about the limit of my knowledge.

I don't know what he thinks, but I haven't had enough time to talk to both teams to be sure one way or the other. If you insisted that I choose right now I'd say Coral seems more innocent, but there's a lot of time before the voting ends to decide between them. And like I said in the open, I haven't gotten to talk to Tiger's Eye yet.

They suggested Turquoise was probably a mouse team because of the theories they proposed in the ousting, and I agree with their reasoning. They also thought a mouse team might eat another team in the clue with them which just seems ridiculous. Why would a mouse team think reducing the number of people they could cast suspicion onto might be a good plan?

I think they're either clueless children, or mice who for some reason haven't thought through things very thoroughly. The latter doesn't seem very much like Coral to me.

Right? I'm going to talk to Tiger's Eye later too, so I can let you know what I think of them after that.

[LATER!!]

I still trust Coral more. Tiger's Eye hasn't done anything suspicious, but for the reasons I already explained about Coral I feel more certain about trusting them. They just seem more likely to be a team of mice who hadn't thought through things yet.

Things might change during the oustings since whoever's up in those is going to be talking a lot and giving everyone more to go on, but that's how I feel right now.

Coral are the ones I'm saying haven't thought things through. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.

I guess Tiger's Eye might not have thought through either though, but they haven't said anything to me to suggest they're as naive as Coral. Coral has. And I'm sure that if they were a mouse team, it'd be much more likely for them to take the time to think through something like that before talking about it.

I'm talking with their knight now. She's told me she thinks Coral's being defensive.

I don't know. I think it was while she was talking privately with them, so I only have what she told me to go off of. In her words they were situating themselves as being under attack or unfairly interrogated. She also said they told her they didn't think they could offer her insight since they're in the clue . . .

The whole point of the game is interrogating and being interrogated . . . I guess if they don't find the challenge fun then it's natural they'd be upset.

Mm . . . There was a horrible version before. A lot of people died. I don't know if Tiger's Eye's players were around for it, but Coral's definitely were.

The random choice isn't strange though. Most of the votes in the first round and ousting were random since there wasn't anything to go on yet. It even came up to a tie in the end.

Now I'm not sure yet. I want to talk more with the teams in the clue, but I'm going to wait a while for them to figure out what they actually think first.

First impressions are that Carnelian's a little off I guess. The younger one said she suspected Emerald a little since they'd been voted on in the very first round, but that's just a first impression for her too. It struck me as odd since both teams who voted for them said it was random selection.

It's a possibility, but it's really too early to say something that solid yet. It's just a first impression like I said. It's only something to keep in mind while we're talking to them and the other teams before the ousting.

Mm, one of the Tiger's Eyes seemed a little ornery about things, but that's not exactly suspicious, either.

Or, well, it could be. But we don't really know what's acting and what's not, so it's hard to tell. He just said "I don't care what you do."
